What runs where

Everything your team puts into a PrivateOfficeAI Box — documents, questions, answers, accounts — is stored and processed on the Box itself, on your premises. Nothing is sent to us or to any cloud AI service. The AI models run on the Box's own hardware.

What the Box sends us (and what it doesn't)

Only two tiny, optional signals: an update check (your Box's software version and license number — so we can tell it if a newer version exists) and, if you enable a custom web address, your Box's local network address so the address book points to it. Never document contents, never chats, never file names, never usage details. Both features work is visible in Settings and can be left unused.

This website

If you place an order or contact us, we keep the contact details you typed so we can respond. We don't run ad trackers. Emails you send us stay between us.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you and we'll show you; ask us to delete it and we will, unless we're mid-way through fulfilling your order. Email contact@privateofficeai.com.
